What is DMLTC?
The Daniel Missional Leadership Training Center (DMLTC) serves as a strategic initiative of the Church of Uganda, in partnership with Oryun Community Church in South Korea and supported by Friends International. Its purpose is to raise a new generation of transformational leaders through intentional training and mentorship, equipping them with the values, skills, and vision needed to serve society with integrity and impact.
At DMLTC, young leaders are prepared to bring positive change within their homes, schools, universities, workplaces, churches, and communities, extending their influence to the wider world. The center is envisioned as a missionary-sending hub, mobilizing and empowering youth to engage with every sphere of society in Uganda and beyond.
By combining discipleship, leadership development, and a commitment to service, DMLTC nurtures a kingdom-minded generation ready to contribute meaningfully to national development and global transformation.

Through a structured program of spiritual formation and missional leadership training, participants are guided to discover their vision, strengthen their character, and develop the skills needed to lead with integrity. Who is legible to join DMLTC?
DMLTC takes in the following categories:
- Emerging Leaders (Pre-university Students in S.6 vacation and Fresh University Graduates)
- University Missional Leaders, especially members of the Anglican Youth Missioners.
- Church Youth Ministry elected leaders and Pastors.
- Marketplace Young Adult leaders.
Our Staff
Seasoned Christian leaders from within Uganda and abroad have been carefully selected as instructors to suit our purpose. Our full-time instructors include:
