The Yo!Song Festival is a joyful celebration where children from the Church of Uganda gather to compose songs inspired by Bible verses. Below are the guidelines for the 2024 Yo!Song competition:
Each church using the Dream Wave materials is encouraged to create and submit one Yo! Song. This song should be sent to the Dream Drivers of their Diocese by October 31st.
Dream Drivers in each Diocese will meet to review and select the best Yo!Song from their area by November 5th. They will then send the chosen song, along with the church’s name, to danielugandaproject@gmail.com.
The DWCE team will evaluate all submissions and select the top three Yo!Songs. The team will visit the winning churches with gifts, record their Yo!Song on-site, and share it on the DWCE Social Media Platforms.
